You are appreciated, thanked and prayed for your health and protection and in thanksgiving for your selfless service.

I don’t know what we would do without you all, everyone of you.

Don’t know what we would do without your selfless service and risking your life for us whom you don’t even know and have never met.

You are all AWESOME, INCREDIBLE and true HEROES!

Thank you more than any words could ever express.

Big shoutout to @OttawaHospital and the fine people who run the medical daycare unit. I’ve now had a bone marrow biopsy, a blood transfusion and two days of chemo there. Total pros. Friendly and helpful. I look forward to the next six months – I am in good hands.

Pre-op appointment in time of covid – over the phone..makes surgery just that more scary then before… the kindest staff at @OttawaHospital helps out alot. It takes such an amazingly kind soul to go into health care, thank you from a scared patient in times of #COVID19Canada

Forgot to mention one thing in tweeting about the death of my awesome grandma. The staff at the @OttawaHospital Civic campus were outstanding in taking care of mamie. Special shoutout to her favourite nurse, James, whom she called her boyfriend…1/2

Can’t say enough about the amazing staff at the @OttawaHospital, both on 6E and 5W. And my incredible family. I really didn’t think this day would ever come. But they all kept reminding me that it would, and never let me accept anything else

I want to nominate Dr. Claudia Malic. She is an amazing surgeon. She effectively saves my son’s life 5 years ago. My son is a burn survivor & she replaced his burned skin with his own. He actually misses seeing her face. She also works @CHEO as well as the General. Thank you !

Today, my mom celebrates her 89th birthday. Tho we FaceTime every day, haven’t seen her in 6 weeks, since she had emergency hip surgery. A big thank you to @OttawaHospital and @bruyerecare for taking such good care of her, including a piece of birthday cake today! #LoveYouMom

Christine TausigFord @ctausigford

Here’s a heartfelt shout-out to the staff of @OttawaHospital General campus. I’ve experienced first-hand their kindness, compassion and skills as I deal with illnesses of family members. Thanks nurses, doctors, social workers, occupational therapists, cleaners – everyone!

Ms. Milito @MsMilito

I am in awe today. The incredible ICU nurses @OttawaHospital took time out of their busy schedules to write letters back to my students <3. They wrote about the importance of teamwork. They really are superheroes. Thank you Smiling face with smiling eyes @StDanielOCSB @OttCatholicSB #ocsbAtHome
