The Ottawa Hospital is governed by a voluntary Board of Governors, 21 appointed and elected members of the community and representatives from the University of Ottawa.

The Senior Management Team directs and controls the overall functioning of The Ottawa Hospital.

The Senior Leadership Team is responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating the delivery of care and all related aspects.
