Our commitment to equitable and inclusive support

The People Care Program is committed to providing respectful, confidential and person-centred support. We recognize that people’s identities, cultures, experiences and circumstances - including the effects of discrimination and systemic barriers - can influence mental health, well-being and access to support.

We will work with each client to understand their individual needs, reduce barriers and provide support that respects their dignity, identity, culture and choices. We welcome feedback about clients’ experiences so that we can continue to improve the accessibility, safety and inclusiveness of the program.
