Banking
Each campus of the hospital has banking machines (ATMs). They accept Interac, Plus, and Visa.

Telephones
There are telephones in each birthing room. At the Civic Campus, these telephones can’t get incoming calls. You can only call out.
You may use your cell phones in the hospital. You may be asked to use them away from some locations, bedsides or equipment.
You can pay to have your own telephone and television in the Mother Baby Unit.

Food Services
Each campus of the hospital has a cafeteria and a coffee shop for family and visitors.

Civic Campus: The Tulip Cafe is on the main level in section C. Coffee shops are on the main level in Section A. There are vending machines throughout the hospital.

General Campus: Café 501 is on the first level. The coffee shop is on the first level, near the escalator. There are vending machines throughout the hospital

Shopping
If you would like something to read or need supplies, look in one of the hospital gift shops or convenience stores. The Civic Campus also has a baby specialty store called ‘OH Baby’.
