The Community Treatment Order Program (CTO) – Community Based

TOH provides coordination for the development and ongoing functioning of CTOs with one of three Coordinators in the region.  The role is to work with clients and their families, as well as ongoing care providers, to develop, monitor and renew community treatment orders for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness who have difficulty with medication/treatment compliance.

Referrals for a CTO can be made through TOH, Hôpital Montfort or The Royal Ottawa Hospital.
