Riverside Campus

A physician referral is required and may be faxed to 613-738-8431 or made internally through our Epic system.  For more information, please call 613-738-8208 or email rivrehabdept@toh.ca.  All referrals are processed in the order in which they are received and according to our priority criteria.

The Ottawa Hospital Rehabilitation Center (TOHRC)

All referrals to publicly-funded outpatient physiotherapy at TOHRC must be provided by a physiatrist (a doctor who specializes in rehabilitation medicine) or nurse practitioner with admitting privileges at TOHRC.
