November 27, 2013 — The City of Ottawa will be replacing the elevators on the Transitway at the Riverside Campus stop, one direction at a time.

Riverside station SB elevator # 29:

Effective Wednesday, November 20, 2013 the elevator will be out of service for approximately 10-12 weeks for replacement. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Customers who require an elevator to access the upper level and the hospital should take any southbound bus to Pleasant Park Station, go to stop 2A, then take any northbound bus back to Riverside Station.

Customers who require an elevator to access the lower level southbound platform, should go to stop 2A then take any northbound bus to Smyth station, go to stop 1A, then take any southbound bus (except 106).
