Road closures at General Campus on Sunday

October 21, 2015 – Rattle Me Bones, which raises funds for bone cancer research at The Ottawa Hospital, will take place around the grounds of the General Campus on Sunday, Oct. 25.

Hundreds of people will lace up to run the Halloween-themed 2K, 5K or 10K event – all in support of the work of our researchers at The Ottawa Hospital.

Here are the closures and lane reductions that will have the greatest impact on access to the campus:

Road Time Affected areas Delay / Lane Reduction  / Closure
Hospital Ring Road 8:45 – 10:45 a.m. Outside lane between Smyth Rd. (CHEO entrance) and TOH Rehabilitation Centre Delays
From TOH Rehabilitation Centre to Critical Care Wing CLOSED
Smyth Road 8:58 – 9:21 a.m. Curbside westbound lane between Ring Road and Cuba Avenue Lane reductions
9:19 – 10:38 a.m. Curbside westbound lane between Alta Vista Drive and Ring Road Lane reductions
9:19 – 9:29 a.m. Curbside westbound lane between Ring Road (CHEO) and Valour Drive Lane reductions

We make every effort to minimize the inconvenience due to any temporary road closures for Rattle Me Bones and we very much appreciate your patience and support in our efforts to raise funds for bone cancer research at The Ottawa Hospital.
