Join us for some practical strategies on building a new relationship with eating, mindful moments and group discussion to help no matter where you are in your journey

Back to Basics with Ciara Foisy, Registered Dietitian. Tips, tricks and resources for grocery shopping, meal planning and prep, and cooking at home. What meal kits and food boxes are available in the Ottawa area as well as local produce and home gardening resources? The December 12th group will offer special tips and tricks for navigating the holidays.

Recommendations for follow-up, when to seek care, long-term self-care, & community resources for ongoing support.

Fad Diets with Ciara Foisy, Registered Dietitian. The good, the bad and the ugly. This class will provide an overview of popular diets, how they may or may not work and help discover how to live a healthy, happy life without dieting.

Low Blood Sugar After Bariatric Surgery with Aspen Viets, Nurse Practitioner Unrelated to diabetes, low blood sugars can occur in some people after gastric bypass surgery. This class will help you recognize, understand and manage low blood sugars after surgery.

The skills that we will be teaching in this group will help us to ask for things or say no to unwanted requests, while at the same time maintaining or improving our relationships.
