What?
An interactive information session for people with a spinal cord injury or other physical disability about how to get physically active

Who’s invited?
People with a SCI or other physical disability, family members, friends, support persons, service providers & community members

Topics include:

  • Community-based physical activity, sport and recreation opportunities for people with SCI and other types of disabilities
  • Aerobic exercise and strength training exercise
  • Ways to get active at home
  • Opportunities to consider for community based volunteering
  • Adapted sport/recreation equipment
  • A variety of interactive sport and activity demonstrations
  • and much more!
