Dragon Copilot license

Thank you for expressing your interest to leverage a Dragon Copilot license in FY26-27 (April 1^st 2026, to March 31 2027).

As per your department’s chosen process, each physician is responsible to provide payment individually for their yearly license fee via this secure eCommerce platform before March 1^st, 2026.

The annual licensing fee is $1,920.00, plus a 3% service fee charged by your financial institution ($57.60), for a total of $1,977.60. Payment is processed through a PCI/DSS-compliant platform; no credit card information is stored by TOH. For details on the full process, please refer to the Dragon Copilot eCommerce SOP.
