• New patients require a letter of referral from their physicians or optometrists.
• All patient visits require a scheduled appointment.
• To schedule an appointment, call 613-738-8400.

Remember to Bring

• Your Health Card;
• Your glasses/contact lenses with case;
• Your list of medications and eye drops.

Hours of Operation

• Clinical/Diagnostic Services: Mon. – Fri., 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Surgical Day Care: Mon. – Fri., 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
