Patients can be seen by one of three otolaryngologists. These surgeons provide diagnostic testing, minor procedures or surgery on the ear, nose or throat as required.

Making an Appointment

Physician Referral Needed. Referral forms must be sent directly to the surgeon’s office.

Tuesday 12:30 – 4:30 p.m.

Friday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
