Green Cleaning

The Ottawa Hospital’s housekeeping department has nearly eliminated the use of chemical based cleaners. 99% of cleaning products are EcoLogo certified green cleaning agents. The hospital also uses vapour cleaners and microfiber cleaning supplies to improve efficacy and reduce the need for chemical based cleaners. The Housekeeping department continues to look for environmentally friendly ways to keep our hospital clean.
