Kevin Skinner has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, progressing from tradesperson to his role as Vice President & District Manager, first at the Winnipeg District of PCL Constructors Canada Inc., followed by the Toronto District, and subsequently the Ottawa District office. Through his career, he managed over $6billion in work on projects in Canada.
