Greg A. Graham

Greg Graham currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Cardel Homes and the Cardel Group of Companies, providing strategic leadership and operational supervision for land development and residential home building across Florida, Colorado, Alberta, and Ontario. Appointed in 2017, he leverages his extensive experience to drive growth and profitability, focusing on land acquisition, strategic financing, and operational excellence. Prior to his current role, for 17 years Greg served as President of Cardel Homes – Ontario. As a highly accomplished senior executive Greg has demonstrated that he can deliver measurable results across multiple industries. With extensive expertise in real estate, construction management, and general management, Greg excels in leading organizations to achieve operational excellence and financial success.

Greg’s experience is further complemented by a rich history of executive roles, including President of Crecan International Inc., Vice President of Operations at SDTC Investment Fund, Vice President and General Manager at NetActive Inc., and Principal at Graham Management Consultants.

Notably, Greg was an original executive instrumental in returning the Ottawa Senators to the Nations Capital. This landmark endeavour included the effective oversight of the design, development, and construction of the Canadian Tire Centre, home to the Ottawa Senators.

Greg began his career at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and now with over 45 years of diverse experience, Greg’s depth of expertise spans a broad range of competencies, including financial management, strategic planning, risk mitigation, change management, and business development. Recognized for superior communication and decision-making abilities, Greg excels in fostering effective stakeholder relationships and leading distinctive teams. A strong advocate for continuous improvement, he consistently delivers on-time, on-budget projects while exceeding customer and corporate expectations. Greg possesses a proven track record of driving strategic growth and delivering measurable results across various distinctive industries.

Demonstrating a commitment to governance and leadership, Greg holds the ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors, Rotman Business School, and a Professional Director’s Certification from Governance Solutions. He has served on numerous boards, including Tarion Corporation, where he held key leadership positions, and has contributed to organizations such as the Greater Ottawa Home Builders, Ontario Home Builders, and the Children’s Aid Foundation.

Greg holds a BA in Economics and Commercial/Financial Studies from the University of Western Ontario, and certifications from the Institute of Canadian Bankers, further solidifying his comprehensive business acumen. A respected coach, mentor, and ambassador, Greg is dedicated

to driving organizational success and fostering strong relationships with customers, shareholders, and employees.

On a personal note, Greg has been widowed for more than nine years. Along with his partner, who was also widowed, they together cherish time spent with their combined families which include four adult children, their spouses and at present five young grandchildren!
