Procurement Rules

The Ottawa Hospital must comply with the following legislation and procurement rules:

• Building Ontario Businesses Initiative Act, 2022
• The Supply Chains Act/reducing the risk of forced and child labour, 2023 to 2024
• Trade Agreements including:

  • Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)
