Salary Range

$45.362 to $55.188 hour

Position Information

The Supervisor, Warehouse Services is the linchpin of seamless operations, ensuring the timely and efficient flow of supplies vital to patient care. This crucial position involves overseeing inventory management, optimizing procurement processes, and fostering strong relationships with vendors, internal clients, and partners. The Supervisor, Warehouse Services is instrumental in maintaining cost-effectiveness, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within the Supply Chain. They play a pivotal role in guaranteeing that the nurses, doctors, and partners have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional patient care.

What you will bring

  • Undergraduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration;
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Good understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and the unique challenges of the healthcare supply chain. Knowledge of medical terminology and an awareness of the specific needs and constraints within healthcare settings is essential;
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders;
  • Effective communication is essential for coordinating with various stakeholders, including suppliers, healthcare providers, and internal teams;
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly;
  • Ability to identify potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them is crucial for maintaining a resilient supply chain in healthcare.

You will stand out with

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in supply chain management in healthcare setting. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, supply chain management software, and data analysis tools;
  • A strong understanding of supply chain logistics including inventory management, distribution, and transportation;
  • Ability to analyze data and trends regarding inventory levels, demand forecasting, and cost management;
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software and other relevant technologies;
