American Diabetes Association Provides information on a variety of topics including Holiday Meal Planning. Note: In the United States, blood sugar is measured in mg/dl and in Canada blood sugar is measured in mmol/l. To convert from American to Canadian, divide by 18. For example: 72mg/dl = 4 mmol/l.
