What is it? Join us for an interactive information session about how people with spinal cord injury or other physical disability can get physically active
Who’s invited? People with spinal cord injury or other physical disability, family members, friends, support persons, service providers, TOH staff, and community members
You will learn about:
- Physical activity guidelines for people with SCI
- Aerobic exercise and strength training exercise
- Ways to get active at home
- Local/Community opportunities for physical activities
- Liquid Gym
- TopShape
- SCI Action
- Stronger You Martial Arts and Self Defense
- National Capital Able Sail Association
- Taoist Tai Chi Society
