Paula Doering received her Diploma in Nursing from Algonquin College in 1982, completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Post RN Program) in 1988 and an Executive MBA from the University of Ottawa in 1995.

Paula is currently the Vice-President of Clinical Programs and Regional Cancer Program at The Ottawa Hospital.  She is also the Regional Vice-President of Cancer Care Ontario for the Champlain Regional Cancer Program responsible for the quality, standards, and advancement of cancer care for the region.

Paula participates actively in the education of future health-care executives in her role as a preceptor to residents of the University of Ottawa’s Masters in Health Administration Program and leads and participates in a number of regional initiatives associated with the planning of clinical services within the Champlain region.
