Adrenal insufficiency and treatment information from The Ottawa Hospital

The Canadian Addison Society offers support for people with Addison’s disease and other forms of adrenal insufficiency.

We offer a variety of group classes to patients who are being cared for by an endocrinologist at our centre.  

Our current group classes include:

  • Pump Assessment Class: Is an Insulin Pump Right for You?
  • Type 1 Class: Learn more about living with Type 1 Diabetes
  • Type 2 Class: Learn more about adjusting mealtime insulin
