Flooding update at the Irving Greenberg Family Cancer Centre (IGFCC)

Due to significant rainfall in Ottawa on Wednesday, some areas of the Irving Greenberg Family Cancer Centre (IGFCC) on the Queensway Carleton Hospital campus have been affected by flooding. Our care teams are actively adapting services to minimize disruptions to patient care.

Appointments are being reviewed on a patient-by-patient basis. Where appropriate, care may be provided virtually or at an alternate location.

Patients whose appointments or treatments are affected will be contacted directly by their care team with the next steps.

Unless instructed otherwise, patients should continue to come to their scheduled appointments.
