Overview

The Medicine Clinics at the General, Civic and Riverside Campuses of The Ottawa Hospital provide a variety of specialty clinic services that diagnose and treat a wide variety of ailments. The clinical team of physicians, nurses and allied health specialists manage the patients’ needs on an ongoing basis.

Arthritis, diabetes, congestive heart failure and lupus are examples of the many types of patient problems that are assessed, managed and treated. Accurate assessment and patient teaching skills help to ensure that patients coming in for initial consultations, follow-up visits or diagnostic procedures receive the best possible care.
