Overview
Endoscopists at The Ottawa Hospital provide a wide range of clinical services to patients with bowel, stomach, liver, pancreas, and lung related disorders.
We provide services at the Civic & General campuses to both inpatients and outpatients.
Our Services
Patients come to us for help with a variety of concerns such as constipation, inflammation, bleeding and infection related to:
- Abdominal pain
- Stomach
- Bowel
- Liver
- Pancreas
- Airway
Our Team
Endoscopists are physicians with special training in a variety of Endoscopy procedures. They are registered by the College of Physicians which is the provincial regulating body for the profession.

Making An Appointment
A referral from a physician is required in order to get an appointment with an Endoscopist at The Ottawa Hospital. The office of the Endoscopist will organize an appointment for your Endoscopy.
Referrals should not be faxed but sent directly to physician.
