Many nurses continue their education, attend education days and participate in research and work groups. These examples demonstrate nurses\u2019 commitment to providing world-class care.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI feel proud when I learn of nurse-led initiatives at TOH aimed at incorporating new research and standards of care,\u201d said Dr. Jack Kitts, TOH President and CEO. \u201cOur nurses are making important changes for patient care.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nurses play a key role in successfully implementing change initiatives, from technological innovations to medical advancements.
