This clinic deals with a large number of blood disorders that may include leukemias, anemias, thrombocytopenia and leukocytopenia.<\/p>\n

The Thrombosis Unit focuses on pulmonary embolism (clot in the lung) and deep vein thrombosis (clot in the leg). The unit offers a home anti-coagulant or blood thinner administration program that has greatly decreased patient admission to hospital.<\/p>\n
