I don\u2019t know what\u2019s going on with me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>If you think you have symptoms of psychosis, don\u2019t be afraid or ashamed to ask for help! Psychosis <em>isn\u2019t<\/em> a problem you can deal with on your own, and there are plenty of resources set up to help you. Talk to your family, your friends, your doctor or your counsellor, or give us a call.<\/p>\n<p>You might be experiencing psychosis if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You\u2019ve noticed changes in your thoughts; for example, you\u2019re feeling scared or anxious a lot of the time.<\/li>\n<li>You don\u2019t want to hang out with your friends anymore, or your friends are wondering why you\u2019ve changed.<\/li>\n<li>You stay up all night and sleep all day.<\/li>\n<li>You can\u2019t understand what people are saying.<\/li>\n<li>Other people have trouble understanding what you\u2019re saying.<\/li>\n<li>You feel overwhelmed by different emotions. One minute you\u2019re sad; the next you\u2019re scared. You might also feel angry with, frustrated by or suspicious of others.<\/li>\n<li>You believe that other people can control your thoughts.<\/li>\n<li>You find it hard to concentrate in school. Your marks are dropping, and you don\u2019t enjoy sports or other activities anymore.<\/li>\n<li>You hear voices or strange noises, and you\u2019re not sure if they\u2019re real.<\/li>\n<li>You just don\u2019t feel like doing anything.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cI\u2019m scared.
