He previously served as President of Calian\u2019s IT &amp; Cyber Solutions division, CEO of Invest Ottawa, and in executive roles at Microsoft, SAP, and Fujitsu. Across these organizations, he has been recognized for his ability to\u202fbuild teams, foster collaboration, and drive transformation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Michael is deeply committed to\u202fgrowing leaders from all walks of life. He believes that diverse perspectives and shared values create the strongest foundations for innovation and resilience.
