  2. Must also phone call the HMU at 613-737-8966 during weekday working hours to confirm receipt of order<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Outpatient (ATLAS facility\/TOH):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. EPIC order: Select \u201cOrders for Ambulatory Care\/Visit AND<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. New Order: REF282 (Ambulatory Referral to Hyperbaric Medicine)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. If no response within 3 business days, call HMU during weekdays at 613-737-8966<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
