Riverside Campus<\/h2>\n

A physician referral is required and may be faxed to 613-738-8431 or made internally through our Epic system.\u00a0 For more information, please call\u00a0613-738-8208 or email\u00a0rivrehabdept@toh.ca<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0All referrals are processed in the order in which they are received and according to our priority criteria.<\/p>\n

The Ottawa Hospital Rehabilitation Center (TOHRC)<\/h2>\n

All referrals<\/a> to publicly-funded outpatient physiotherapy at TOHRC must be provided by a physiatrist (a doctor who specializes in rehabilitation medicine) or nurse practitioner with admitting privileges at TOHRC.<\/p>\n
