She brings to the organization over 25 years of extensive experience in human resources, which includes change management, performance management and measurement, wellness and engagement, talent management and development, employee and labour relations as well as extensive coaching and mentoring. Ren\u00e9e is highly respected by her fellow leaders and staff and is known for her excellent ability to listen and to mentor individuals. Ren\u00e9e earned her Master\u2019s in Industrial Relations from Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec en Outaouais and an Honours degree in Economics from Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke. To enhance her leadership abilities, she completed her Director\u2019s Education Program with the Institute of Corporate Directors. She also recently successfully completed her PhD in Industrial Relations.
