This law is designed to keep your personal health information private. If you want to know more about how we protect your privacy, ask a member of your patient care team for the <i>Privacy Information Booklet <\/i>for patients and visitors.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to be anonymous while you are here or are concerned about a certain hospital staff member seeing personal health information, you can ask to have a \u201cprivacy level code\u201d or \u201cVIP warning flag\u201d attached to your electronic health record.
