Rose is an author, speaker and adult educator in cultural competence and anti-racism known for her ability to find common ground and build hope. Rose has a regular column in The Hill Times, Canada\u2019s politics and government news service. She has over 25 years of experience in policy and delivery in health and mental health, and has worked internationally in Indigenous mental health as the founding chair of the Wharer\u0101t\u0101 Group.
