As one of the first medically supervised programs in Canada, the WMC supports patients work towards improving their health and wellness. The WMC is designated a Bariatric Centre of Excellence (BCoE).\u00a0 With funding from the Ministry of Health, we perform more than 500 bariatric surgical procedures each year and have several hundred medical patients participate in our medical programs.
