No walk-ins are accepted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>What is \u201curgent care?\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Urgent care is when you need immediate care for an injury or illness that is not serious enough to require a visit to a hospital emergency department.<\/p>\n<h3>What are my urgent care options?<\/h3>\n<p>You will have access to a Family Health Team doctor during extended evening and weekend hours for urgent problems.<\/p>\n<p>Please see hours of operation below:<\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: #d6e0ec; padding: 10px;\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-6\">\n<p><strong>Civic Urgent Care Hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday: 5:00 pm-8:00 pm<\/li>\n<li>Tuesday: There will be no after-hours clinic unless the Monday before is a holiday<\/li>\n<li>Thursday: 5:00 pm-8:00 pm<\/li>\n<li>Saturdays: 10:00 am-3:00 pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Riverside Urgent Care Hours<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wednesday: 5:00 pm-8:00 pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>If you need assistance after hours, you will be able to telephone the Family Health Team <strong>Telephone Health Advisory Service<\/strong> where a registered nurse is available to provide advice about your urgent health-care concerns.<\/p>\n<h3>How do I contact the \u201cTelephone Health Advisory Service?\u201d<\/h3>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-6\"><strong>Hours of Operation: <\/strong><br \/>\nMonday to Thursday: 5:00pm to 9:00am<br \/>\nWeekends \/ Holidays: 5:00pm Friday to 9:00am Monday<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-6\"><strong>Phone Number:<\/strong><br \/>\n1-866-553-7205<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>If it is an emergency, what should I do?<\/h3>\n<p>For all emergencies, go directly to your nearest emergency department, or call 911 if necessary. If you are unwell enough to require admission to hospital, you may be admitted under the Family Medicine In-Patient Service.
