• New patients require a letter of referral from their physicians/optometrists.
• All patient visits require a scheduled appointment.

Remember to Bring

• Your Health Card;
• Your glasses/contact lenses with case;
• Your list of medications and eye drops.

Hours of Operation

• Clinical/Diagnostic Services: Mon. - Fri., 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Surgical Day Care: Mon. - Fri., 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
