Prenatal Information Sessions

Objective

To provide general information about the Maternal Newborn Care Unit and services provided at Civic and General campuses of The Ottawa Hospital. Presenters are Registered Nurses who are members of The Ottawa Hospital's Obstetrical Team.

Note: You must attend a presentation at the Campus where you will be giving birth: Civic Campus | General Campus

The Prenatal Information Sessions are for parents who are not taking Prenatal Classes at The Ottawa Hospital with Helen Young. The same presentation is given as part of the classes.

Format

• A slide presentation will familiarize you with the Maternal Newborn Care Units at the Civic and General campuses and provide information about our facilities, services and procedures.
• A question and answer period will follow the slide presentation.
• Information Sessions are FREE

Civic Campus

Choose the Information Session (in English only) you wish to attend and arrive slightly before 7 p.m.

Pre-registration is not required but please re-visit this Web page to confirm the date prior to the session you wish to attend (occasional date changes do happen). If you have any questions regarding the session, please call 613-798-5555 ext. 14284, between 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday to Friday.
