| This clinic offers comprehensive pre- and post-travel
care for travellers' health needs. It also deals with health issues related
to migration. All vaccines, including yellow fever, are available.
Travel Medicine Consultations
Consultations are available by appointment only, through patient
self-referral or physician referral. This service is not covered under
OHIP.
This consultation will provide:
- Comprehensive counselling on issues related to health while traveling
- An individual health risk assessment
- Teaching on health precautions to minimize health risk factors
- Vaccinations and prophylaxis, as required
Tropical Disease/Post-Travel Consultations
Consultations are available by appointment only. A physician referral
is required for consultation. This service is covered under OHIP.
This consultation will provide care for the returned traveller or
migrant through assessment, diagnosis and treatment, as required.
