Patient Condition Updates: Routine media inquiries about the condition of a patient can only be provided if the reporter provides the full name and correct spelling of the patient in question. Call The Ottawa Hospital switchboard at 613-722-7000 and ask for the Clinical Coordinator at the campus where the patient is located.

Outside regular office hours, the Hospital always has Media Relations staff on-call, however this service is strictly reserved for emergencies. To reach the on-call staff, call The Ottawa Hospital switchboard at 613-722-7000.
