Search Tips

• Type search terms in any field, or browse the A-Z index for a field to select specific terms.
• All search terms entered are searched for (an AND search)
  (e.g. cardiovascular disease finds all records with cardiovascular and disease)
• Truncation is automatic
  (e.g. disease finds
  disease,
  diseased,
  diseases, etc.)
• Use / for OR
  (e.g. planning / education)
• Use ! for NOT
  (e.g planning ! education)
• Combine operators
  (e.g patient planning ! education finds all records with patient AND planning excluding those with education)
