    August 16, 2011 – The Ottawa Hospital Sexual Assault and Partner Abuse Care Program (SAPACP) provides seamless coverage to the City of Ottawa 24hrs/day, 7days/week. Since the summer 2010, the program has been restructured and is led by our Medical Director, Dr Kari Sampsel.
