Overview:

The Dizziness Clinic provides care to patients with undiagnosed or severe chronic dizziness that have been seen by a neurologist or otolaryngologist, and seek a second opinion.  Our aim is to diagnose and help patients find solutions to manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. These may involve recommendations for medication, rehabilitation, and on-going physiotherapy and psychiatric care.

Our services:

The Dizziness Clinic currently sees patients with severe chronic dizziness. Diagnoses that are common include:

  • uncompensated vestibular neuritis
  • severe Meniere’s disease
  • recurrent Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)
  • vestibular migraine
  • central nervous system causes of dizziness
  • post-concussion or minor traumatic brain injury
  • persistent postural perceptual dizziness (PPPD)

Our team:

Dr. Darren Tse, an otolaryngologist, and Dr. Danny Lelli, a neuro-ophthalmologist, work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide care to patients. During appointments patients may also see a resident or fellow in otolaryngology or neurology, a physiotherapist or an audiologist.

Making an appointment:

At this time, only referrals from neurologists and otolaryngologists are accepted.

Fax referrals or consultation requests to the office of Dr. Darren Tse at 613-667-2899.
