Mr. Adrian Foster has over 25 years of client service and consulting experience
in both the public and private sectors. He now focuses on Telecommunications, ICT and Spectrum regulatory
consulting in developing and emerging economies. He has extensive Canadian and overseas market experience
having worked in over 30 countries.
Previous positions held include President and General
Manager of AGRA Spectrocan Ltd. (1994-1998) and Partner with Sierra Systems Group (1998-
2000) based in Ottawa. Mr. Foster is a CMC and partner with McLean Foster & Co., a
firm established in 2000.
Additional activities in the health care sector include an Order
in Council Appointee (Ontario), Southeastern Ontario District Health
Council, 1998-2004 and Board Chair, Almonte General Hospital, 1996-1997.
Mr. Foster is married to Joanne Palmer and they have a daughter
and two sons. The family resides in Almonte, Ontario.
Appointed for a two-year term ending in 2004; re-appointed for a three-year term ending in
2007; re-appointed for a three-year term ending in 2010. |
