The Ottawa Hospital is governed by a voluntary Board
of Governors, 20 appointed and elected members of the community and representatives from the University of Ottawa.
The Senior Management Committee directs and controls the overall functioning of The Ottawa Hospital. The Corporate Operations Committee is responsible for the oversight and direction of The Ottawa Hospital operations.
